Insurance

  • We are in network with Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, Anthem BCBS, and UHC. Before the first appointment, we will verify benefits and let you know what your insurance company allows for PT visits and determine if you have a co-pay.

  • No problem—we offer a simple cash-pay option at $100 per session. Many patients choose this route for the flexibility and personalized care it provides. We can also provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you're unsure about your benefits, our team is happy to help you understand your options.

  • With insurance, your cost per session depends on your specific plan—it may involve a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. We’ll verify your benefits and explain everything before you begin.

If you're paying out of pocket, our cash-pay rate is $100 per session.

The number of visits varies based on your condition, goals, and progress. After your initial evaluation, your therapist will recommend a customized plan for you.
